Operations Manager - Filomena Martins

Filomena has been with The Maids for over 10 years and at the time she started with us she already had a great deal of cleaning experience from prior cleaning positions.  She is very customer focused and is also very highly regarded by our customers.  Filomena also does most of the training and will accept nothing but high quality cleans.  She has the final word on hiring decisions because I have very high regard for her opinon.

 Sales / Customer Service - Kathleen Bloomfield

Kathleen has been with The Maids for four years.  She is very customer oriented and spends a good deal of time on the phone with them.  She is very proficient on the phone and stays with the customer until their problem has been resolved.  She is very proficient and thorough with all of her office duties

Samantha Leduc

Samantha has been with The Maids from the start in 1997.  She works very well with the customers, solving any issues that may come up.  If a customer has a scheduling problem Samantha will make the necessary accommodations to resolve the problem and she always has a smile for the customer.  She not only works well with the customers but also has a very positive attitude with the team members.
